About Me

Hi there! Thanks for stopping by.

I am Rohit, a passionate trainer and storyteller. I worked and explored almost a decade in the corporate environment, worked extensively with the cross-cultural teams, be it the sales guys, the training & development departments, content creators or the product developers at some of the leading corporate houses of India and abroad.

I have an Advanced Diploma in Learning & Development from ITOL, UK, and Bachelors in Education from GNDU, Amritsar.

So far I have been instrumental in empowering teams and enhancing the performance of individuals, and thereby organizations through customized interventions and training programs that transform leadership skills, managerial effectiveness and self awareness.

My training programs are packed with a blend of spiritual wisdom as well as modern management concepts. Learning by doing is the best way to learn and I use various experiential learning tools like business simulations, group activities, games, role plays, group discussions, drama and other adult learning principles which allow the trainees to demonstrate their abilities in simulated true- to- life controlled environment and learn the necessary skills to perform their duties in their real lives.

I have shared my earned wisdom with some of the best names in the industry, namely; Renault, Ashok Leyland, Bajaj Finance, John Deere, Tata Motors, Shoppers Stop, IDBI Bank, Crompton Greaves, Asian Paints, Madura Garments etc., to name a few.
