I am Rohit, a passionate trainer and storyteller. I worked and explored almost a decade in the corporate environment, worked extensively with the cross-cultural teams, be it the sales guys, the training & development departments, content creators or the product developers at some of the leading corporate houses of India and abroad.
I have an Advanced Diploma in Learning & Development from ITOL, UK, and Bachelors in Education from GNDU, Amritsar.

Learning by doing is the best way to learn and I use various experiential learning tools like business simulations, group activities, games, role plays, group discussions, drama and other adult learning principles which allow the trainees to demonstrate their abilities in simulated true- to- life controlled environment and learn the necessary skills to perform their duties in their real lives.
